  • Prices are based on two persons, including taxes.  
  • One extra bed costs 35 euro per night.
  • The apartment is suitable a maximum of three persons.
  • Prices are not valid on national holidays.

  • Check-in: From 15.00 hrs.
  • Check-out: Before 10.00 hrs.    


The apartment is ideal for two persons.
On request one extra bed is available.
We have a non-smoking policy and pets are not allowed.

On Friday and Saturday the apartment is only available for a minimum stay of two nights.

The apartment is self-catered. That's because the neighbourhood offers you a rich variety of breakfast, lunches and diners.
Espresso-coffee, tea, a bottle of red wine and some typical Amsterdam sweets are included.
During your stay the apartment will not be serviced.

 We can not yet accept creditcards. So money-transfer or cash only.



Het appartement is zeer geschikt voor 2 personen.
Op verzoek kan er een extra bed bijgeplaatst worden.
Alle ruimten zijn rookvrij. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan.

Op vrijdag en zaterdag is het appartement alleen te huur voor minimaal 2 nachten.

Het appartement wordt niet voorzien van maaltijden.  Dit is omdat u in de directe omgeving een grote variatie aan ontbijt, lunch en diner zult aantreffen.
Espresso-koffie, thee, een flesje rode wijn en wat versnaperingen zijn wel aanwezig en zijn inclusief.
Gedurende uw verblijf wordt het appartement niet schoongemaakt.

Wij kunnen nog geen creditcard accepteren. Alleen overmaken of contant betalen is mogelijk.

Payment Details and Cancellation policy 

If your booking date is more than two weeks before your arrival date, we ask you to pay the total amount no later than 14 days before your arrival date.

If your booking date is less than 14 days before your arrival date, we ask you to pay the full amount within 7 days of making your booking, and always before your arrival.

After you have made your payment, a refund is not possible. Please check with your insurance company to see if this cost is covered under your policy.

Important information

House rules
1.        Check-in time is after 15.00 hours (3 pm) on the day 
           of  arrival, check-out time is before 11.00 
           on the day of departure.
2.        Full payment and an emailed copy of your ID is  
           required prior to arrival.
3.        Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
4.        Using drugs in any form or bringing it into the 
           apartment is not allowed.
5.        Guests are expected to be honest concerning 
           damages and breakages.
6.        In case anything goes missing from the suite during your stay, the
           costs will be charged to you.
7.        You are not allowed to have extra guests in the 
           apartment overnight.
8.        Pets are not allowed.
9.        Please respect each others well deserved sleep and try to be quiet
           should you come in at a late hour.
10.      The owners have the right to terminate your stay when house rules
           are not followed.
11.      Tea and espresso-coffee are available in the kitchen. All other 
           food and beverages in the kitchen are for your use.
12.      High speed internet access is free. Simply
           plug in your network cable and you will instantly be connected. If
           you do not have a network cable with you, please let us know.          
13.      Very important! The toilet is fitted with a pump. Do not 
           throw any other objects in the toilet except toilet paper. 
           Otherwise it will obstruct the pump and, in the worse case,  
           could flood the bathroom!
14.      The apartment is self-catered. A large and well equiped  
           kitchen is at your disposal. The direct neighbourhood 
           offers several opportunitys to have a fantastic 
           breakfast, lunch or dinner.
15.       During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. 

 •   When you leave the suite, please double check that the front door and
     all the windows are closed and locked.
